At Zed Energy Limited, a few of his responsibilities include directing the crude oil and petroleum products trading activities globally, formulating and directing the bids for long term and spot purchases of crude oil and refined products throughout world. Dr. Deji West obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from City University London in 1986 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1990. He has an executive MBA from the City University Business School in 1997. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Nigerian equivalent ICAN. He just recently obtained his Doctors in Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University in 2019. He has an excellent understanding of all accounting treatments for all types of arrangements in the industry - PSC, Service Contracts, Joint Ventures, etc. He is familiar with the operations and challenges of marginal oil field operations. He has an in-depth experience in IFRS, various Nigerian levies and tax matters, particularly how they impact oil and gas companies locally. He is appointed as Non Executive Director of KREENO HOLDINGS LLC USA and heads the Board Audit Committee.
Oluyemisi obtained her first degree in BSc Economics from Olabisi Onobanjo University, a second in Man Power Economics and Planning from University of Lagos. She attended training and courses like - competency based selection, Mastering Human Resource Management, Managing people for strategic Advantage etc from LBS, presently doing an MBA program at the University of Nicosia. She has over 16years Human Resource experience and about 4years in Marketing and Debt Recovery. She worked in different sectors, which includes oil & gas, hospitality, telecoms, health and IT to mention a few. She has the Fate Foundation Entrepreneurship certificate and also the coordinator of the TREM Employability program TEP under the TREM Career Academy ministry a Bishop Mike Okonkwo initiative to empower the youth. She is saddled with the responsibility of leading as Managing Partner the entire Debt Recovery & Receivership Operations of the group.
